Want to find out about the benefits of physical activity and good diet on your concentration and productivity? It is well recognised that physical activity can help you to concentrate. It is also understood that a good diet can help. This session will give you some top tips on how to incorporate physical activity and a good diet into your lifestyle to help improve your ability to study effectively. Please bring comfortable shoes and a jacket for a short walk.

Presented by Sarah McMahon, Centre for Sport and Exercise. No need to book. Just come along.
