This workshop is specifically designed for academic and academic related staff who wish to develop their scholarship activities around teaching and supporting student learning.

In this workshop participants will:
• Gain an understanding of the institutional support and recognition for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning
• Consider how the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning is aligned with their own professional development
• Be introduced to the different conceptions of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning
• Have an opportunity to consider their own position within SOTL and avenues of teaching and learning they would like to take forward
• Have an opportunity to work through the issues
