Who should participate and why?
Individuals who wish to gain confidence in chairing meetings or who are new to chairing committees.

This workshop covers:
Identifying why meetings ‘fail’ or ‘succeed’ in their purpose and appreciating the importance of working with the committee clerk/secretary. You will develop skills in anticipating and handling problem issues and gain confidence in being an effective committee chair.
