This workshop is for leaders who wish to develop their coaching skills to enhance the performance of their team members.

Event objectives:
• To identify opportunities for coaching within the context of my role as leader of my team
• To practice the people skills essential for effective coaching
• To practice coaching tools and techniques to help develop and motivate my team
members.
