Oman Exhibition Day in Edinburgh

The Omani Student Association in Edinburgh in conjunction with Omani Glasgow Association is organizing an Omani Exhibition Day.

The event is expected to have participation from several Omani students across Scotland including Glasgow, Perth and Edinburgh. The event will be attended by students in Scotland and academics and public.

The exhibition will be designed to show University students, academics and visitors about the life and culture of Oman. The event will feature a host of displayed items including silverworks, models of historical edifices, manuscripts and archival documents, Omani outfits, Omani publications and shows of fine arts, photographs, Arabic calligraphy and renditions of traditional Omani.

The exhibition will give visitors a glimpse of Oman. Before the commencement of exhibition program, visitors will also have the opportunity to mingle and taste Omani coffee, dates and halwa (Omani traditional sweet).
