Fashion students pop back to pop up

School of Textiles and Design fashion students are returning to London, by popular demand, with a collection of one-off pieces for Autumn / Winter 2009. This is the chance for fashionistas to bag a unique festive bargain from a future fashion designer.

Simon Pitkeathley, Chief Executive, Camden Town Unlimited, said, “Our Pop Up Shop project is proving to be very popular and we have succeeded in establishing premises in existing retail spaces that last beyond a few days. The Heriot-Watt fashion students launched a Pop Up in Camden Town in summer and it was a sell-out, so we’re delighted to have them back with some fantastic one-off designs for the Christmas party season. Together with Camden Council we’re helping to bring more life to the High Street in a time of recession, and encouraging young designers to take their first steps into retailing.”
